What is consigning? Consigning means selling! In a nutshell, you sign up as a consignor (you get a consignor number), you prepare and price your items, you drop them off at the designated time during our sale weekend, we sell all we can, you pick up your unsold items at the end of the sale (or choose to donate!), and we send you a check. You make 65% of the sale price of your items. If you volunteer for a least one shift, you make 70%. Plus, consignors and one guest get to shop at the exclusive presale starting a full day before the sale opens to the public. Sound like fun? Next step... register.

My JBF Tags After you review the how to tag pages, don't forget to check out and use the online barcode tagging at www.myjbftags.com. All tags must be barcoded using the My JBF Tags application. Please note: We ask that all consignors now use barcoded tags. This will allow us to get checks to you faster after the sale, reduce waiting times at the sale's check out, and allow us to be far more accurate in our computing. We will no longer accept hand written tags. My JBF Tags is easy and we are here to help!
Invite Other Friends to Participate The JBF sale continues to grow due to the incredible base of loyal consignors and shoppers who are constantly telling others about this great event. Click here to refer a friend. If you refer a new consignor (who signs up and consigns at the sale) you will get an extra $5 in your consignor check. There is no limit to the number of referrals but you must make sure the new sign-up lists your name in the referred by section of the online signup form! You may download and print cards to hand out to potential consignors with a "referred by" line to write your name in by clicking here. If you would like to have postcards to give to your friends, daycare, child's school, etc... please send us an email.
Your Check is in the Mail! Consignor checks will be mailed within 30 days after the sale. Consignors make up to 70% of the selling price (less a $10 consignor fee). Making extra money is FUN with Just Between Friends!
After you register you will receive an email assigning you a consignor number. This is the number you will use on all your tags at every Portland JBF sale. Please read all of the information located under the "sell!" links including merchandise prep and how to tag. Please pay close attention to what items are acceptable to bring to the sale as well as the drop-off and pick-up times. These are the designated times during which you bring your items to the sale and pick up any unsold items after the sale.
